Ingredients to make Roasted Sea Bass with Thyme Vegetables:
- to sea bass
- virgin olive oil
- 5 green peppers
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- a branch of thyme
- 5 potatoes
- 2 onions 8 garlic cloves
- salted
How to make Roasted Sea Bass with Thyme Vegetables:
- Grease a baking dish with oil.
- Place a layer of thinly sliced potatoes on the bottom, then the tomato, also cut into thin slices.
- Next the onion cut into rings and at the end the minced garlic.
- Sprinkle with thyme, add a bay leaf, season and just need a drizzle of good virgin olive oil.
- Bake the vegetables for about 15 minutes at 200ºC.
- Put the sea bass (washed, cleaned and seasoned) on the roasted vegetables, put it back in the oven, also at 200ºC, and let it roast for about 20 minutes.
- Served together with thyme roasted vegetables
