Ingredients to make Roasted Chillies:
- 250 grams of chillies
- EVOO
- Oil
How to make Roasted Chilies:
Select those, neglecting those that may be damaged, trim the tail somewhat if we want, and wash the piperrak in plenty of water and dry them using the salad spinner. Put them in a bowl, spread them with two-three tablespoons of the Aove of our choice and microwave. As always when we use the microwave, the time depends on the quantity, for the 250 gr.
About five minutes will be enough, stirring them a couple of times in that time, to homogenize the oil. Remove from the microwave, spend a few minutes on the grill plate to look like legal roast, salt, and ready. Once the first part is done in the microwave, they lend themselves acceptably to being frozen in bags, to later defrost and spend a few minutes on the grill plate.
