Roasted Broccoli with Lemon and Garlic Recipe

Ingredients to make Roasted Broccoli with Lemon and Garlic:

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of turmeric

How to make Roasted Broccoli with Lemon and Garlic:

  1. Wash the broccoli, cut the central stem and separate the trees.
  2. You can reserve the stem to prepare a vegetable broth and thus avoid discarding it.
