Ingredients to make Roasted Beetroot Salad:
- 350 grams of Beetroot
- 2 tablespoons of orange juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 dessert spoon of Vinegar
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 1 teaspoon mustard
How to make Roasted Beet Salad:
First of all we gather all the ingredients to prepare the roasted beetroot salad. Wrap each beet with aluminum foil and put them in the oven at 170ºC for approximately 1 hour and a half.
When they are cooked, remove the aluminum foil and remove the skin from the beets with the help of a paper napkin. Cut the beets into slices and place them in a salad bowl. Prepare the dressing: mix the orange juice, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
