Ingredients to make roasted beans with soy:

  • 1 cup ground soy beans
  • ½ cup ground walnuts or 1/3 cup peanuts
  • Salt
  • Onion
  • Parsley
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • ½ cup soy milk or cow’s milk

 

How to make roasted beans with soy:

1.Mix everything and put it inside a bread mold, or if not, in an oiled pot and let it cook in a peanut bath for 3 hours.

2.Unmold, let cool.

3.It is cut into slices and can be served with a sauce.
