Risotto recipe with chorizos

Ingredients to make Risotto with chorizos:

  • 500 gr rice
  • 400g of fresh chorizos cut into rounds
  • 100 grams of carrots cut into squares
  • 100 grams of chopped onion
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 4 peeled and blended tomatoes
  • 1/2 glass of white wine
  • 1 1/2 lt of beef broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • grated Parmesan cheese

How to make Risotto with sausages:

  1. Heat the butter in a cauldron and add the chorizo ​​to fry it, until it begins to take color.
  2. Add a little wine, the carrots and the onion and let them wilt; add the blended tomatoes and then the rice.
  3. Mix and add broth, season.
  4. Remember that the risotto must be stirred regularly so that the rice releases part of its starch.
  5. When it is almost ready, add the remaining wine.
  6. It is served sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
