Ingredients to make Rioja Soup:
- 100 grams of chopped onion
- 100 grams of chopped carrot
- 50 grams of sliced or minced chorizo
- 50 grams of diced ham
- 100 grams of chopped Swiss chard
- 50 grams of rice
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Olive oil
- 300 grams of cracked potatoes
- Saffron
- 1 tablet of concentrated broth
How to make Rioja Soup:
- Put the onion and carrot in a saucepan to fry.
- Add the chorizo and the ham and give it a few turns
- Then add the potatoes and chard and give a few turns.
