Rich Carrot Cream Recipe

Ingredients to make Rich Carrot Cream:

  • 6 units of large carrots
  • ½ liter of milk
  • ¾ stick of Butter
  • 1 pinch of ground white pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt to taste

How to make Rich Carrot Cream:

  1. To make this rich carrot cream, peel the carrots, wash them and cook them with 2 cups of water for 15 minutes in the pressure cooker. For the carrot to cook properly when the pressure cooker whistles, turn off the heat and let it finish cooking in terminal heat. If you want to reduce the taste of carrot a little, add a little potato.
  2. Cool the pot under cold water, uncover them and put the carrots in the blender with the milk, salt and pepper, and blend everything together until you get a consistent and homogeneous carrot cream.
  3. Tip: Add a little of the cooking water from the carrots if the cream is too thick.
  4. Transfer the rich carrot cream to a saucepan and bring to a boil with the butter, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon to prevent sticking.
  5. Keep it warm while bringing it to the table. You can present this rich carrot cream with a little coriander or a little milk cream as you can see in the photo. It is a very easy and very rich recipe.
