Rice with truffle recipe

Ingredients to make Truffle Rice:

  • Rice
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Truffle
  • thyme and rosemary
  • a stock cube
  • A white wine cup
  • Grated cheese

How to make Truffle Rice:

  1. Oil is heated in a clay pot.
  2. Brown the finely chopped onion and garlic.
  3. Add the finely chopped truffle together with the thyme and rosemary.
  4. Add the rice and mix everything.
  5. Pour in a glass of wine and let it reduce.
  6. Now comes the water and the stock cube.
  7. We mix.
  8. Let it boil until the rice is ready
  9. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Add grated cheese and from here either mix or bake in the oven.
