Ingredients to make Truffle Rice:
- Rice
- Onion
- Garlic
- Truffle
- thyme and rosemary
- a stock cube
- A white wine cup
- Grated cheese
How to make Truffle Rice:
- Oil is heated in a clay pot.
- Brown the finely chopped onion and garlic.
- Add the finely chopped truffle together with the thyme and rosemary.
- Add the rice and mix everything.
- Pour in a glass of wine and let it reduce.
- Now comes the water and the stock cube.
- We mix.
- Let it boil until the rice is ready
- Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add grated cheese and from here either mix or bake in the oven.
