Ingredients to make Rice with smoked chop:
- 250 grams of smoked chops, chopped into squares
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 pinch of cumin
- 200 grams of white beans
- 500 grams of long grain rice
- 600 cc of broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 60 ml of oil
How to make Rice with smoked chop:
- Sauté the chops with the onion and garlic.
- Add sugar and mix.
- Add cumin, beans, rice and mix again.
- Pour in the broth, olive oil and salt and pepper.
- Let it boil and then remove it.
- Lower the heat and cover.
- Cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until the grain is tender.
- Add the parsley before serving.
