Rice with smoked chop recipe

Ingredients to make Rice with smoked chop:

  • 250 grams of smoked chops, chopped into squares
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 200 grams of white beans
  • 500 grams of long grain rice
  • 600 cc of broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 60 ml of oil

How to make Rice with smoked chop:

  1. Sauté the chops with the onion and garlic.
  2. Add sugar and mix.
  3. Add cumin, beans, rice and mix again.
  4. Pour in the broth, olive oil and salt and pepper.
  5. Let it boil and then remove it.
  6. Lower the heat and cover.
  7. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until the grain is tender.
  8. Add the parsley before serving.
