Rice with shrimp and chicken recipe

Ingredients to make Rice with Shrimp and Chicken:

  • 2 pounds of rice
  • 1 pound small peeled shrimp
  • 2 cubes of chicken or shrimp bouillon
  • ½ piece of chopped onion
  • 1 stick of Margarine
  • ½ piece of chopped green chili
  • 1 piece of Carrot finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • ½ stalk of Celery
  • Water

How to make Rice with Shrimp and Chicken:

  1. Preparing this rice with shrimp is very, very easy. The first thing to do is melt the margarine in a pan.
  2. Once melted, add the chili, onion and celery and fry everything together, stirring with a wooden spoon. If you want, you can add chopped chicken breast to the recipe and add it when the sauce is almost ready.
  3. Once the previous sauce is done, add the rice, the shrimp, and the carrot and cover everything with water. Also incorporates the cube of chicken or shrimp broth, salt and pepper to taste.
