Lourdes Madrigal shows us, a simple step by step to learn how to prepare a rice volcano. In it, she introduces ratatouille of vegetables and decorates it with fried eggs, one of the children’s favorite dishes.
Ingredients to make Rice with ratatouille and egg:
- 600 grams of Rice
- 6 fried egg
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch of Parsley
- ratatouille
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 1 Eggplant
- Ketchup
How to make Rice with ratatouille and egg:
- Make the vegetable ratatouille with onion, zucchini, and aubergine and tomato sauce. To do this, the vegetables must be chopped to the same size, first sauté the onion and, when it is transparent, add the zucchini and aubergine. Finally, the tomato sauce is added. - Fry the minced garlic and, when golden, add the parsley and rice. Sauté, add a splash of white wine and reduce (this helps the grain not break). Then add the water to cook the rice.
