Rice with pork recipe

Ingredients to make Rice with Pork:

  • 300 grams of loin tip
  • 500 grams of Rice
  • 200 grams of pork rib
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 250 grams of Green beans
  • ½ teaspoon of hot paprika
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 5 tablespoons of Oil

How to make Rice with Pork:

  1. Chop the meat (which can be the remains of a loin) and the ribs.
  2. Heat the oil, fry the meat until it begins to color, remove and fry the finely chopped onion and garlic in the same oil, when they are almost golden, add the meat and the chopped green beans, season with salt and pepper, season with paprika and pour a liter and a half of water, cook for an hour and a half adding water, twenty minutes before finishing, bone the ribs, put the meat in the pot and add the rice, recycle, if necessary, the salt and the liquid.
  3. Serve in soup.
