Ingredients to make Rice with Pork and Peppers:

  • A piece of pork approximately 500 grams
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 small green bell pepper or a piece
  • 1 small red bell pepper or a piece
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Rosemary
  • Fine herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 1 liter of vegetable broth

How to make Rice with Pork and Peppers

  1. Wash and cut all the vegetables.
  2. We put them to poach over medium heat with the olive oil, while we cut the meat into cubes.
  3. Once the vegetables are poached, we remove them and grind them in those cases that you do not like to find the chunks of the vegetables. We put the meat in the casserole with a little oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Once the meat is ready, add the crushed vegetables and the vegetable broth. When it starts to boil, add the rice and the bay leaf, and let it cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Once the time has passed, we remove it and let it rest for 5 minutes and it will be ready to serve.
