Rice with octopus recipe

Ingredients to make Rice with Octopus:

  • (4 people)
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 4 small and tender onions
  • 2 tomato
  • 1/2 paprika
  • 1 tablespoon red bell pepper
  • 2 large tablespoons rice
  • octopus

How to make Rice with Octopus:

  1. The octopus is cooked.
  2. Once cooked, in a clay pot with oil, sauté the chopped onions, peppers and tomatoes and the chopped octopus, stirring continuously so that it does not stick.
  3. Once golden, add a tablespoon of water from cooking the octopus and leave everything on the fire for a few minutes, adding more water if necessary.
  4. When everything is ready, add the two level ladles of rice.
  5. Let it cook for a few minutes and then add approximately 10 tablespoons of water.
  6. Salt to taste and let it boil for 20 minutes.
  7. It is served piping hot.
