Ingredients to make Rice with Octopus:

- 4 tablespoons oil
- 4 small and tender onions
- 2 tomato
- 1/2 paprika
- 1 tablespoon red bell pepper
- 2 large tablespoons rice

How to make Rice with Octopus:
- The octopus is cooked.
- Once cooked, in a clay pot with oil, sauté the chopped onions, peppers and tomatoes and the chopped octopus, stirring continuously so that it does not stick.
- Once golden, add a tablespoon of water from cooking the octopus and leave everything on the fire for a few minutes, adding more water if necessary.
- When everything is ready, add the two level ladles of rice.
- Let it cook for a few minutes and then add approximately 10 tablespoons of water.
- Salt to taste and let it boil for 20 minutes.
- It is served piping hot.
