Ingredients to make Rice with mussels:
- For 4 people:
- 24 mussels
- 300 grams of rice
- Fish soup
- 1 tomato
- 2 spring onions
- 1 green pepper
- 3 garlic cloves
- Oil
- Salt
How to make Rice with mussels:
- Clean the mussels and reserve them.
- Finely chop the spring onions, pepper and garlic and brown in a pan with a little oil and salt.
- Peel the tomato, chop it and add it.
- Add the rice, mix well, season again and cook briefly.
- Add the boiling broth (double that of rice) and the mussels.
- Let it cook for 15 minutes and then put it in the oven for 5 more minutes to finish cooking.
