Rice with mussel’s recipe

Ingredients to make Rice with mussels:

  • For 4 people:
  • 24 mussels
  • 300 grams of rice
  • Fish soup
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Oil
  • Salt

How to make Rice with mussels:

  1. Clean the mussels and reserve them.
  2. Finely chop the spring onions, pepper and garlic and brown in a pan with a little oil and salt.
  3. Peel the tomato, chop it and add it.
  4. Add the rice, mix well, season again and cook briefly.
  5. Add the boiling broth (double that of rice) and the mussels.
  6. Let it cook for 15 minutes and then put it in the oven for 5 more minutes to finish cooking.
