- – 400 gr of mushrooms
- – 1 onion
- – 1 tablespoon butter
- – broth

- – 100 gr of liquid cream
- – grated cheese
- – Salt and white pepper.
How to make Rice with mushroom and cream:
- We wash well, dry and cut the mushrooms into pieces. In a casserole we put the butter and brown the chopped onion. Next we put the mushrooms and let them sauté for a few minutes (remember that I did not have and I had to bring a can of mushrooms)
- Add the rice and a little saffron, and cook it well.
- Add the necessary broth and bring it to a boil, stirring often. We season.
- When the rice is ready, we remove it from the heat. At this time we put the cream and grated cheese.
- Mix very well and let rest for a few minutes to make it creamy
- We serve adding some more grated cheese to garnish
