Rice with mushroom and cream recipe

Ingredients to make Rice with mushroom and cream:

  • – 400 grams of rice
  • – 400 gr of mushrooms
  • – 1 onion
  • – 1 tablespoon butter
  • – broth
  • – saffron
  • – 100 gr of liquid cream
  • – grated cheese
  • – Salt and white pepper.

How to make Rice with mushroom and cream:

  1. We wash well, dry and cut the mushrooms into pieces. In a casserole we put the butter and brown the chopped onion. Next we put the mushrooms and let them sauté for a few minutes (remember that I did not have and I had to bring a can of mushrooms)
  2. Add the rice and a little saffron, and cook it well.
  3. Add the necessary broth and bring it to a boil, stirring often. We season.
  4. When the rice is ready, we remove it from the heat. At this time we put the cream and grated cheese.
  5. Mix very well and let rest for a few minutes to make it creamy
  6. We serve adding some more grated cheese to garnish
