Rice with meat a la cream recipe

Ingredients to make creamed meat rice:

  • 350 g. Rice
  • 1 glass water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1/2 kg meat
  • Butter
  • 1 pc. Onion
  • 1/2 glass(s) white wine
  • 200 g. Milk cream

How to make creamed meat rice:

  1. Cook the rice in salted water.
  2. Cut the meat into cubes, season it with salt and pepper.
  3. In 30 grams of lard, sauté the onion, add the meat and cook over high heat.
  4. Lower the heat and add the wine and the compound bouquet.
  5. Cook and when it is cooked, add the milk cream and the 50 gas. Remaining butter.
