Rice with lamb recipe

Ingredients to make Rice with lamb:

  • 1 cup of cooked white rice
  • 200 grams of lamb meat
  • 80 grams of white onion
  • 80 grams of Carrot
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch of Turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch of cumin powder
  • 1 pinch of curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 branch of Coriander
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 30 milliliters of olive oil

How to make Rice with lamb:

  1. Before making this recipe with lamb, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Season the minced lamb meat with salt, pepper, curry, turmeric and cumin. Then, in a pot with oil, seal the meat until it is golden.
  3. Remove the meat and fry the vegetables in the same pan for a few minutes. The onion cut into cubes, the carrot cut into half-moons and the garlic finely chopped, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the meat again and mix everything very well.
  5. Add the dissolved cornstarch in a cup of beef broth or water and the cilantro branch. Cook covered for 20 minutes until you get a smooth sauce, rectify the flavor with salt and pepper.
