  • 800 ml of water
  • 400 grams of rice
  • 8 sausages
  • 1 long onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Rice with chorizo ​​and vegetables:

  1. Fry the chorizos in a saucepan to release the fat.
  2. Rectify and reserve.
  3. Next, in the fat of the chorizos, fry the onion for a few minutes.
