Ingredients to make Rice with Chicken and Mustard:
- 1 breast
- 1 small carrot
- 1 paprika
- 1 cube of chicken
- chives to taste
- 1 small head onion
- 1 small can of peas
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tilin of marinade
- oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of sauce
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1/2 cup of rice
- 3 cups of water
How to make Rice with Chicken and Mustard:
- Chop the chicken into cubes and fry it, grate the carrot; THE PAPRIKA IS CHOPPED TOGETHER WITH THE ONION AND THE CHIVES.
- When the breast is golden, add the onion, the chives and the paprika, let it fry a little and make the crumbled cube, the marinade and the soy.
- Stir then add the mayonnaise sauce and mustard stir again then add the rice and stir.
- Finally the water is added and the peas are left to dry, then the flame is lowered, covered and cooked for 10 minutes
- It is served hot although cold it is richer you can accompany it with bread. Surrender for 3 people.
