How to make Rice with Cheese and Eggs:

  1. In a large pot, mix the hot cooked rice with the grated cheese.
  2. Lightly beat the whole eggs and pour over the rice.
  3. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bring the pot to medium heat for about 10 minutes, without stirring until the heat has boiled over. This dish can be accompanied with cooked vegetables or it can be served covered with tomato sauce.
