Rice with chard and cuttlefish recipe

Ingredients to make Rice with chard and cuttlefish:

  • 350 grams of rice
  • 400 grams of cuttlefish
  • 350 gr of chard
  • A good bunch of parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 50 grams of oil
  • 1 glass of dry white wine
  • 1 can of 400 gr of peeled tomato
  • 1 liter of broth
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make Rice with chard and cuttlefish:

  1. Clean the chard, wash and drain.
  2. Clean cuttlefish.
  3. Cut them into strips.
  4. Chop the garlic and parsley, sauté them in a saucepan with the oil.
  5. Add the cuttlefish and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
  6. Add the white wine and let it evaporate.
  7. Season with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.
  8. Add the chard, let them sauté, and add the chopped tomatoes.
  9. Allow the sauce to thicken for a few minutes and pour the rice into the container.
  10. Stir it well and let it cook, gradually adding the boiling broth, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon.
  11. Serve the semi-broth rice.
  12. For 4 people.
