Rice with beer recipe

Ingredients to make Rice with beer:

  • 350 gr. of rice
  • 1/2 onion
  • 50 gr. of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 100 gr. of bacon in a slice
  • 100 gr. of peas
  • 1/2 glass of lager
  • 1 liter of broth
  • 4 tablespoons grated cheese
  • Salt

How to make Rice with beer:

  1. Chop the onion very finely and sauté it with the oil and 20 gr. of butter.
  2. Add the diced bacon and the peas and let it fry for a few minutes
  3. Add the rice and let it cook.
  4. Pour the beer and let it evaporate.
  5. Add the boiling broth and the peas.
  6. Season with salt, if necessary, and season with the remaining butter and grated cheese.
