Ingredients to make Rice with Bacon:

  • 2 glasses of long or parboiled rice
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Bacon in strips
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Parsley

How to make Rice with Bacon:

  1. The first thing we will do is chop the onion and garlic and fry it in a pan with oil and then add the bacon.
  2. We fry it until it is well browned. On the other hand, we cook the rice in boiling salted water for 10 or 20 minutes depending on the kind of rice that we use.
  3. Next, add the rice to the pan and add the salt and chopped parsley. Finally, we fry it for a few minutes and that’s it.
