  4. 1 clove garlic
  5. 50 grams of purple onion
  6. 1 tablespoon of Oil
  7. 1 pinch of salt
  8. 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Rice with asparagus and mushrooms:

  • Before making this rice recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  • In a saucepan, fry the onion, the finely chopped garlic and the asparagus cut into small pieces (reserve the tips) until golden, season with salt and pepper.
