Rice salad with prawn’s recipe

Ingredients to make Prawn Rice Salad:

  • 200 gr of brown rice
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes
  • 40 g mushrooms
  • 200g pre-cooked prawns
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 10g white vinegar
  • thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Walnuts
  • 1 white onion

How to make Shrimp Rice Salad:

For this rice salad we must first prepare all the ingredients. Cut the onion into feathers and sauté it in a very hot pot with a little oil for 4 minutes. After three minutes, add the rice and cook without stopping stirring for 3 more minutes.

Then we add 3 wells of water and cover, cook over low heat until the rice is perfectly cooked. In a very hot pan and with a little oil, sauté the previously finely chopped garlic and add the prawns without shells or heads or tails, cook for 3 minutes, add salt, thyme and pepper to taste and reserve. In the same pan, cook the sliced ​​mushrooms for 4 minutes, add salt and pepper. In a large container we begin to unite all the ingredients of our rice salad, placing the mushrooms, the prawns, the cherry tomatoes cut in halves and the rice; to season we add a stream of white vinegar and thyme. Serve and taste this delicious rice salad with prawns, ideal for afternoon family lunches.
