Rice Recipe with Walnuts and Blueberries

Ingredients to make Rice with walnuts and blueberries:

  1. 300 grams of previously cooked white rice
  2. 30 grams of Blueberries
  3. 40 grams of raisins
  4. 10 grams of Walnut
  5. 15 grams of Almonds
  6. 1 teaspoon of Butter
  7. 1 unit of lemon zest

How to make Cranberry Walnut Rice:

  • The first step to make our rice with nuts recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
  • Bring a pan over medium heat with the butter and, once it melts, add the white rice that we have already cooked. Sauté for a few minutes.
  • Add the blueberries and raisins (if you want to add any other ingredients you can do it without problems). Sauté for a few minutes and mix the ingredients very well with the white rice so that they are distributed throughout the preparation.
  • Mix the ingredients of the previous step very well and add the walnut and almonds in small pieces when the rice is hot. Keep mixing and reserve some chopped almonds or walnuts to decorate the dish.
