Rice Recipe with Shrimp Tails

Ingredients to make Rice with Shrimp Tails:

  • 1 1/2 cup(s) rice
  • 300 gr shrimp tail(s)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50g butter
  • 50 gr tomato pulp
  • 1 let broth

How to make Rice with Shrimp Tails:

  1. Boil for about 8 minutes, the shrimp tails in salted water.
  2. Remove the shells and keep the tails close to a heat source so they don’t get cold. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add a tablespoon of oil and brown the onion, sprinkling with the cognac.
  3. When it has evaporated, pour in the tomato pulp little by little, the boiling broth, stirring constantly.
  4. Five minutes before the end of cooking, arrange the shrimp tails on top, sprinkle with chopped parsley and dress in a bowl of service.
