Ingredients to make Arroz con Pollo Picado:
- 1 1/2 cup(s) rice
- 1 whole chicken(s) (small)
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 carrot(s)
- 1 leek(s)
- 1 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
- Oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 onions)
How to make Arroz Con Pollo Picado:
- Clean the chicken separating the interiors.
- Prepare a broth with an onion, carrot, leek, celery and chicken, seasoning with salt to taste.
- In a saucepan, brown the other chopped onion, add the chopped interiors, brown for a few minutes and then add the boneless chicken and broken into small pieces.
- Once they are well browned, add the rice, give it a few turns so that the ingredients are well impregnated and continue cooking, slowly adding the chicken broth.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
