Ingredients to make Rice with prawns curry:
- 200 grams of bomba rice
- 1 fresh spring onion
- 250 grams of peeled prawns
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- Salt
How to make Rice with prawns curry:
- We fry the spring onion cut into small pieces with a little oil and salt.
- When the spring onion is soft, add the rice, fry for a few moments and add twice the volume of broth or water than rice (for one glass of rice, two of water or broth)
- Then add the teaspoon of curry, a little salt and let it simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Next we add the prawns and a little chopped parsley and remove from the heat, letting it rest for 5 minutes with the lid on and out of the heat.
- We serve at the moment.
