Rice recipe with chicken livers

Ingredients to make Rice with Chicken Livers:

  • ½ kilogram of chicken livers
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 units of onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 branch of parsley
  • 1 unit of Concentrated bouillon cube
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper and salt
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 2 cups of bomba rice
  • 150 milliliters of cooking wine
  • 1 pinch of Nutmeg

How to make Rice with Chicken Livers:

  1. To start preparing this rice, the first thing you should do is get the ingredients ready. Clean the chicken livers well and chop the onion into thin slices and cut the garlic in half.
  2. Heat oil in a large enough pot and make a sauce with garlic and onion. When the onion begins to color, add the parsley and stir.
