Rice recipe with Brussels sprouts

Ingredients to make Rice with Brussels sprouts:

  • 250g of rice
  • 250 g Brussels sprouts
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 ½ glasses of water
  • Sea salt

How to make Rice with Brussels sprouts:

  1. Brush a saucepan with oil, place it on the fire and toast the rice and minced garlic there. Add the water and salt.
  2. Cook the rice over low heat for 35 minutes after the first boil, without uncovering and without mixing.
  3. In another saucepan, cook the cabbage in very little water for 20 minutes.
  4. Mix everything, season with olive oil and salt, if necessary. Serve.
