How to make Rice with Asparagus Tips:
- Wash the asparagus, drain and cut off the ends.
- Chop the onion and brown it with a little butter and oil.
- Add the asparagus tips and then the rice.
- Brown well until it takes flavor.
- Gradually pour in the boiling broth, stir with a wooden spoon, add salt to taste, continue stirring until the rice is ready.
