Rice recipe three delights with prawns

Ingredients to make Rice three delights with prawns:

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 100 grams of Bacon
  • 200 grams of York ham
  • 200 grams of peeled prawns
  • 3 units of Egg
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 3 units of spring onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of Butter
  • 1 jet of Oil
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • 1 splash of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley

How to make Rice three delights with prawns:

  1. Cook rice in the traditional way. Then go through cold water, drain and reserve. Remember to make a cup of white rice you need two cups of water.
  2. Meanwhile, chop all the ingredients. Start with the very fine garlic, the onions and the spring onions. Also cut the ham and bacon into small cubes. Reserve.
  3. With the eggs we prepare a French omelet, cut into cubes and reserve.
  4. Heat the oil to fry the vegetables in this order: the onions, the spring onions, the garlic, the bacon, the ham and finally add the prawns. Prawns can be frozen.
  5. We let everything poach well, season with salt and pepper and add the soy sauce to taste. Stir everything well so that the ingredients absorb the sauce.
  6. Finally add the rice to the preparation along with the taco tortilla, the chopped parsley and the butter. We mix everything well and leave it on the fire for a couple of minutes.
  7. Serve the three delights rice with freshly made prawns and enjoy this delight with Asian touches for dinner or as a side to any other dish. And if you like the combination you can also try the wok of noodles with beef and shrimp.
