- 1 cup of Water (240 milliliters)
- 135 grams of short grain rice
- ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of Sugar

How to make Sushi Rice with Apple Cider Vinegar:
- Bring the water to a boil and add the sushi rice when it reaches a boil. Lower the heat, cover the pot and let it cook until the rice absorbs all the liquid.
- Take a small saucepan and mix the vinegar with the lemon juice, sugar and salt. Bring this mixture to a boil, lower the heat when it boils so that it simmers until the sugar is completely dissolved.
