Ingredients to make Rice Milk:

Recipe for 1 person

  1. 100 gr rice
  2. 250ml water
  3. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  4. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  5. 2 tablespoons sugar

How to make Rice Milk:

  • Before making this refreshing drink, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  • In a bowl add the rice, the water, mix and leave to rest for at least 5 hours.
  • After this time, blend the mixture for 5 minutes until you get the rice milk.
  • To give the rice milk a bit of flavor, add the cinnamon powder, the vanilla essence and the sugar, blend for 2 minutes.
  • Strain the milk to remove any impurities and obtain a smooth drink.
