Rice and tuna balls recipe

Ingredients to make Rice and Tuna Balls:

  • 200 grams of cooked white rice
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 unit of Egg
  • 1 tablespoon pickles
  • 2 tablespoons white onion
  • 200 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 500 milliliters of sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Rice and Tuna Balls:

1.Before making this recipe for children, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.

2.In a processor, add the rice and the can of tuna and process until you get a dough.

3.Add the finely chopped fried onion, the pickles, the egg, salt and pepper, mix everything very well until you get a homogeneous consistency.

4.To continue making the croquettes for children, make small balls and pass them through the breadcrumbs until they are completely covered.

5.Fry the rice and tuna balls at medium temperature for 5 minutes. When they are ready, drain them and pass them through absorbent paper to remove excess fat.

6.Finally, serve the rice and tuna balls and enjoy, they are ideal to serve as an appetizer or at children’s parties. You can accompany them with barbecue sauce and roasted potatoes.
