- Wash the rice and drain it very well.
- Pour the water into a saucepan and add the rice.
- Add the coconut oil and salt. Stir until these ingredients are completely dissolved. Cook the rice and coconut milk at medium heat for 15 minutes. If you cook it longer, it thickens a lot, although this depends on your taste.
