Ribs in Coconut Sauce Recipe

Ingredients to make Ribs in Coconut Sauce:

  • smoked rib
  • Finely chopped big onion
  • Finely Chopped Tomato
  • A coconut
  • Salt to taste

How to make Ribs in Coconut Sauce:

  1. We extract the coconut milk (Grate the coconut, then blend well in a glass of water, drain on a cloth and set aside, and then we blend what is on the cloth again and with that second milk, cook the ribs, let them cook well, fry the onion and tomato in a separate pan until they form a sauce, and add the previously cooked ribs and add the first milk that was obtained from the coconut cook over low heat until the sauce thickens.
  2. Serve with black rice and fruit salad.
