Refreshing Extremaduran Gazpacho Recipe

Ingredients to make refreshing Gazpacho from Extremadura:

  • 150 milliliters of olive oil
  • 2 units of ripe tomato
  • ¼ loaf of bread from the day before
  • Water
  • 1 unit of Egg
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 30 milliliters of wine vinegar
  • 1 unit of Cucumber
  • ½ unit of Chive or Onion
  • ½ unit of green pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
