Red Wine Foam

Ingredients to make Red Wine Foam:

  • 1 l red wine
  • 2 cinnamon stick
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1dl brandy
  • 4 egg
  • 250 gr liquid cream
  • 3 sheet gelatin

How to make Red Wine Foam:

  1. Boil the wine (about a liter) with cinnamon, a little vanilla powder, and brandy.
  2. Add the egg yolks, the sugar (about 100 gr.), the soaked gelatin and let it cool.
  3. Separately, in a bowl the whites are mounted until stiff almost without sugar and the cream is also mounted.
  4. Mix everything and put them in containers to rest.
  5. Served with sprinkled cinnamon.
  6. It is an ideal dessert to take advantage of those little butts of wine that remain.
