Red Spaghetti with tomato recipe

Ingredients to make Red Spaghetti with tomato:

  • 200 drops of spaghetti pasta
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 1 chicken broth cube
  • 2 liters of water
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 3 coriander leaves
  • 100 grams of panel cheese or fresh cheese

How to make red spaghetti with tomato:

  • To make the red spaghetti with tomato recipe, first cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, normally for every 100 g of pasta you need 1 liter of water and it cooks for 8-10 minutes. Also, if you wish, you can add salt to taste. When the pasta is ready, drain the water and reserve in a container while you continue with the recipe
  • For the tomato sauce, cut the tomatoes into pieces and place in a pan with a teaspoon of oil. Then also add the onion and garlic clove. Cook, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes or until the tomatoes is golden.
  • Bring the tomatoes, onion and garlic clove to blend together with a cup and a half of water or chicken broth. Blend very well for at least 3 minutes, the ideal is that there is a light sauce, but a little thick.
  • After blending, pour the sauce into a pot with a drizzle of oil, add the chicken broth cube and let it fryfor about 3 minutes. You can also season with a little salt.
  • When the tomato sauce has been fried, empty the sour cream and the already cooked spaghetti, mix very well. It is important that the pasta is well integrated into the sauce and the cream is combined as well. Let cook over medium low heat for just 3 more minutes, check the flavor of the spaghetti with tomato and cream and, if you notice that it is necessary, add more salt to taste.
  • To serve, add some crumbled or grated cheese and garnish with a few sprigs of cilantro. Now you can eat the delicious spaghetti with tomato!
