- For 4 people:
- 4 boiled eggs
- ¼ liter of olive oil
- 4 roasted garlic cloves
- 1 roasted red pepper
- 1 chicken breast (or 2 partridges)
- 1 loaf of bread
- Salt
- Pepper
- saffron thread
- 2 liters of water
How to make Red Pepper Jarote Salmorejo:
- Put the yolks of the boiled eggs, the oil, the roasted garlic, the chusco de pan, the salt, the pepper, the vinegar, the saffron and a little water in a bowl, and pass the blender until everything is crushed.
- To this dough, add the roasted pepper cut into strips, the previously roasted and shredded chicken breast (or partridges), the julienned egg whites and the rest of the water.
- We move well so that all the ingredients are mixed.
