Red Pepper Jarote Salmorejo Recipe

Ingredients to make Red Pepper Jarote Salmorejo:

  • For 4 people:
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • ¼ liter of olive oil
  • 4 roasted garlic cloves
  • 1 roasted red pepper
  • 1 chicken breast (or 2 partridges)
  • 1 loaf of bread
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • saffron thread
  • 2 liters of water

How to make Red Pepper Jarote Salmorejo:

  1. Put the yolks of the boiled eggs, the oil, the roasted garlic, the chusco de pan, the salt, the pepper, the vinegar, the saffron and a little water in a bowl, and pass the blender until everything is crushed.
