Red noodles recipe

Italian cuisine has provided us with a variety of dishes that are recognized throughout the world for their simplicity when cooking them, contrasting flavors, aromas, and textures. In this recipe we will prepare some delicious red noodles with ground meat, don’t miss them!

Ingredients to make Red Noodles:

  • 1 package of thick noodles
  • 1 large onion unit
  • 10 units of peeled and seeded tomatoes
  • 1 unit of pepper
  • 1 unit of Carrot peeled and chopped
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 250 grams of ground beef
  • ½ cup of Oil

How to make red noodles:

  1. To start preparing these red noodles, the first thing you should do is heat a pot with half a cup of oil. Once hot, fry the chopped onion until it becomes transparent.
  2. At that point, add the tomatoes, the carrot and the pepper, all well chopped, and let it cook. When the ingredients are well cooked, blend everything and put it back into the pot.
  3. In a separate pan with a little hot oil, fry the ground meat with a little oregano. Once the meat is ready, add it to the previous cream, a pinch of salt and sugar.
  4. Cook the noodles, drain and serve. Bathe on top with the red sauce and, if you wish, grated cheese. Ready!
