Ingredients to make red fruit mousse:

  • 400 milliliters of heavy cream (2 cups)
  • 400 grams of red fruits (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries)
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar or sweetener
  • 1 jet of water
  • 6 grams of unflavored gelatin

How to make red fruit mousse:

  1. Wash the fruits you chose very well and process them in a blenderwith the sugar and a stream of water. Divide the mixture into 3 portions. If you want, you can use frozen berries.
  2. Tip: You can set aside a few fruits to garnish the red fruit mousse at the end.
  3. Process 2 portions of the mixture with the milk creamand a little more sugar (optional) for about 6 minutes at 2-minute intervals and 10-second breaks. It must be at a power in which all the liquid is beating evenly.
