- ½ cup mozzarella cheese

- 2 cloves of garlic

How to make Red Cheese Enchiladas:
Chop the onion, mix with the cheese in strips, and reserve. Put the peppers to soak, once clean, pass them through the blender together with the garlic cloves, the spices, salt and a little soaking water.
