Red Berry and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients to make Red Fruit and Banana Smoothie:

  1. 1 cup of red fruits (can be frozen or fresh)
  2. ¼ cup dates
  3. 1½ cups of water (360 milliliters)
  4. 1 frozen banana
  5. ½ teaspoon cinnamon

How to make Red Berry and Banana Smoothie:   

  • Soak the dates in lukewarm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  • Combine the red fruits, dates, cinnamon, banana and water in the blender glass.
  • Crush the fruit until you get a smoothie of red fruits with water that is homogeneous without lumps.
  • Serve the delicious freshly made berry and banana smoothie for breakfast or whenever you feel like it.
