  • 1 can of white beans
  • 1 medium leek
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 1 teaspoon of Vera paprika
  • 5 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Canned White Beans with Vegetables:

1.To start preparing the canned beans with vegetables recipe, peel and chop the onion, garlic and leek into small pieces. Apart, clean and chop the peppers, and peel and cut the carrot into slices.

2.Then, heat the oil in a saucepan and add the carrot slices and the chopped peppers, let them poach for a few minutes. When the pepper begins to soften, add the rest of the vegetables, the finely chopped garlic, the onion and the leek, season and sauté over low heat for about 6 minutes.
