  • 50 grams of sausage

  • 1 head of garlic
  • 50 grams of bacon

How to make the original Micas Extremadura:

In a large bowl, place the previously cut slices of bread, a pinch of salt and a stream of water (use a colander) to soak the bread evenly.

Cover the dish with a cloth so that it soaks well and let it rest. On the other hand, we cut the chorizo ​​and the bacon into very fine pieces and fry them in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, until they are golden brown.

When they are cooked, remove, drain and reserve the chorizo ​​and bacon.

We use the pan where we fry the chorizo ​​and bacon, to brown the garlic, which must be whole, and the red pepper.
